Insanity Everlasting

Insanity Everlasting is a simple RPG for #freeRPGday 2022

 

Facing the perils of the unknown, your character will suffer wounds and slowly go insane, tethering on the dice chain. The one-page system provides basic rules and character creation aids. It’s up to the Host to provide the adventure...

Starting as something to share with friends on Halloween and other special occasions, this game grew into something I felt like I had to share with the community at large. So, here it is!

Simple as this game may be, I believe it has a lot of unearthed potential. Thus, there are future plans for Insanity Everlasting. The idea is to eventually implement them all, although how expeditiously will depend on the support we gather from you people.

 

Character sheets and Portuguese version have already been achieved. Thanks for all the support, people! 

 

Beyond this, the plan is to create a full-blown manual, something we can be proud of and help people improve their Insanity Everlasting experience. Again, the manual is something that will only occur once I get the funds to pay the artist - given time, it will happen. The manual will have:

 

- new game mechanic tied to a progression mechanic; (already added to the core rules)

- expanded rules section with examples;

- expanded character creations rules;

- expanded Host’s aids section;

 

Once this is done, we would like to continue with our project, by creating tailored adventure modules and even campaign settings that would allow us to explore the full breadth of this system.

 

But this is the future. For now, just download and enjoy our game. Hope you enjoy it!
